Working near live electrical installations always carries a level of risk. Even well-designed switchboards, transformers and control panels can become dangerous if a fault occurs or if someone makes a mistake during work. One simple yet highly effective measure is to place insulated matting in front of electrical equipment so that workers stand on a protective, non-conductive surface.

ELECTRICAL INSULATING MATTING CLASS 0 FINE RIBBED - S7

Electrical insulating matting certified according to IEC 61111:2009 in class 0, with an operating voltage of 1,000 V, a test voltage of 5,000 V and a withstanding voltage of 10,000 V, with permanently vulcanized marking tape. Vulcanized elastomer fine grooved is available in black, gray and dark gray color, 3 - 6 mm thick with basic weighs 3,3 - 8,3 kg/m2.

ELECTRICAL INSULATING MATTING CLASS 2 FINE RIBBED - S7

Electrical insulating matting certified according to IEC 61111:2009 in class 2, with an operating voltage of 17 000 V, a test voltage of 20 000 V and a withstanding voltage of 30 000 V, with permanently vulcanized marking tape. Vulcanized elastomer fine grooved is available in gray, dark gray and yellow color, 3 mm thick with basic weighs 3,4 kg/m2.

Electrical insulating matting certified according to IEC 61111:2009 in class 3, with an operating voltage of 26,500 V, a test voltage of 30,000 V and a withstanding voltage of 40,000 V, with permanently vulcanized marking tape. Vulcanized elastomer smooth or wide grooved is available in gray or black color, 3 or 5 mm thick with basic weighs 5 or 6.5 kg/m2.
